Spiral now has its very own mobile hoist — making our respite breaks more accessible, comfortable and inclusive for everyone we support.
Freedom to travel: hotel, holiday park or cottage — our hoist travels with us, so guests who need help with transfers can enjoy safe, dignified support wherever we stay.
Support planned around you
Every guest's needs are carefully assessed before travel, so the right support, equipment and environment are ready and waiting. Wherever we can, we prioritise step-free routes and venues — checking lift access, accessible toilets, door widths and parking before we go.

Our trained, caring staff are on hand throughout — so carers can feel reassured, and guests can focus on the best bit: relaxing, laughing and making memories.
